reciprocal ecosystem and

community of practice

Reciprocal - adj. shared, felt or shown by both sides

Everyone contributes, everyone receives.  We envision a space where no one is too new to join in and no one is too experienced to learn something new.

Community - n. a body of persons of common and especially professional interests scattered through a larger society

Scattered no more!  Here is your space to come together around our shared interest and commitment to making evaluation available to organizations who need it.

Practice - v. to be professionally engaged in; to perform or work at repeatedly so as to become proficient

Doing the work.  We envision a space that goes beyond learning about the work to support all of us who are doing it at the same time.

Ecosystem - n. the complex of a community of organisms and its environment functioning as an ecological unit

Individuals and their environments matter.  We envision a space that holds its members as full and complex human beings interacting and growing with one another.

In our current context, funding across the social impact sector has decreased, while the need remains. We believe in a world where anybody who wants to engage in that learning practice has the ability to do so.
